So I was at my bowling league last night (Yes, I know. I bowl competitively. I will defend myself in a later post) and I was about to try for my spare when I heard my friend say, "I like Christmas because I watch all the movies I don't usually watch during the rest of the year, like Die Hard."
What the hell is she talking about?
So I ask her if it is the same movie I am thinking of. Terrorsists is a high rise, Bruce Willis half-naked, running barefoot over broken glass to save the day.
Lets pause a moment to reflect on "Half-naked Bruce Willis" shall we?
Yipee Ki Yeah Motherfucker!
So anyway, she makes the point that it takes place on Christmas Eve and the bad guys crash a Christmas party, and there musical score is all souped-up christmas music, and the point that one man ( even if it is Bruce) saved the day is a miracle.
Holy shit she has a point. Die Hard is a Christmas Movie.

Six Weird Things About Me
A while back my friend Kari tagged me to reveal six wierd things about me. My response? Only six? Here are my top six, at least today.
1)I always think there is something deathly wrong with me. In the past year alone, I think I have had every neurological illness on the books and some I have just made up on my own. My theroy is that my life is too perfect and my luck has to run out at some point.
2)I am really attached to my mother. If I don't at least talk to her once a day, I miss her.
3) The Abomable Snowman in "Ruodolf The Rednose Raindeer" scares the shit out of me. I laughed at Cujo at age eight when I watched it with a babysitter. But for some reason a fake guy made out of snow disturbs my sleep.
4)I love Guacamole. I eat it all the time. My dream is to own an alvacado farm in South America.
5)I hate smelling like food. For example, if I am cooking a big dinner and I can smell in in my hair, I will wash it before I sit down to eat. I also hate tasting it after I am done. I am contstantly brushing my teeth.
6)I sleep with the TV on. I leave it on Nik at Nite so when I wake up to pee, I watch a little Rosanne before falling back to sleep. Sometimes if I fall asleep to a movie on Cinamax I wake up to porn. Needless to say my hubby doesn't mind my habit.
